After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Waggoner later attended medical school at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX. Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Waggoner completed his general surgery residency at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Waggoner is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.
