Dr. Balette developed the program in The Woodlands and designed it to be completely comprehensive so patients don’t have to drive all over Houston for the different aspects of their treatments. Surgeries are performed at Memorial Hermann, which is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Bariatric Surgery Center Network and Houston Methodist the Woodlands hospital. The program uses a multi-disciplinary approach with pre-surgery counseling, nutritional seminars, post-op care and support groups—all in The Woodlands.
